As a user of CustomAutoMoto, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting listings or contacting us
• Use the Site for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our directory data
• Not submit false reviews or misleading information
• Respect the intellectual property rights of builders and content creators

4. Builder Listings

Builder profiles are compiled from publicly available information and direct builder submissions. While we make reasonable efforts to verify listing accuracy, CustomAutoMoto does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any builder's work. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any builder.

5. Contacting Builders

Some builder profiles include public website, phone, email, or social links. Any agreement, transaction, or dispute between you and a builder is solely between those parties. CustomAutoMoto is not a party to any contract between users and builders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CustomAutoMoto, including text, graphics, logos, and build guides, is owned by CustomAutoMoto or its content creators and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CustomAutoMoto provides information on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site. In no event shall CustomAutoMoto be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided.

8. Builder Submissions

Builders who submit their shop for listing agree to provide accurate business information and grant CustomAutoMoto permission to display their name, location, specialties, and portfolio images. Builders may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting us.
