1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CustomAutoMoto (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

CustomAutoMoto is an online directory of custom motorcycle and car builders in the United States, together with build guides and project planning resources. We are a publisher, not a contractor, broker, or builder. We do not accept projects, take payment, forward enquiries, or introduce you to a shop. Any contact with a builder is something you initiate yourself using the public details on their profile.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of CustomAutoMoto, you agree to:

• Use the Site for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information if you email us about a listing
• Not attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our directory data
• Respect the intellectual property rights of builders, photographers, and content creators

4. Builder Listings

Builder profiles are compiled by us from publicly available business information and are not submitted, paid for, or approved by the shops themselves. Every profile links the public sources it was checked against. A “source-verified” label means we matched business identity, location, service focus, and contact presence against those sources on the date shown. It is not an endorsement, and CustomAutoMoto does not guarantee the quality, safety, pricing, availability, or legality of any builder's work. Conduct your own due diligence and get a written scope before engaging any builder.

5. Contacting Builders

Some builder profiles include public website, phone, email, or social links. Any agreement, transaction, or dispute between you and a builder is solely between those parties. CustomAutoMoto is not a party to any contract between users and builders.

6. Intellectual Property

Editorial text, build guides, and site graphics are owned by CustomAutoMoto and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

This does not apply to third-party material we publish under licence. Several guide photographs are the copyright of their photographers and are used under Creative Commons licences; each is credited in its caption with the photographer and the specific licence, and your right to reuse those photographs comes from that licence, not from us. Builder names, logos, and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

CustomAutoMoto provides information on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site. In no event shall CustomAutoMoto be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information provided.

8. Corrections And Listing Removal

There is no listing submission process. If you run a listed shop and something on your profile is wrong, out of date, or you want the profile removed entirely, email us at the address below and we will correct or remove it. You do not need to give a reason to be delisted.
