Privacy Policy

1. Summary

CustomAutoMoto is a static directory and publishing site. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter, and no advertising. It does not run analytics or any other third-party script, and it does not set cookies. We do not collect personal information from visitors through this website.

2. Information We Collect

None through the site itself. Specifically:

• No cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party scripts, so there is nothing to consent to or opt out of.
• No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any other visitor-measurement tool on this site.
• No forms. The only interactive tool is the build brief builder. It runs entirely in your browser: what you type is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is gone when you close the page unless you copy or download it.
• Email you send us. If you email the addresses on this site, we hold that message and your email address in order to reply.

3. Hosting And Server Logs

The site is served through Cloudflare. As with any website, our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to build visitor profiles, and we do not combine it with anything else. See Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for how it handles that processing.

4. Links To Other Sites

Builder profiles and guides link to shop websites, manufacturer pages, regulators, and image sources. Once you follow a link you are on that operator's site under their privacy policy, not ours.

5. Data Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Because we collect no visitor data through the site, there is no visitor database to breach. Email we receive is held in an ordinary mailbox.

6. Your Rights

Where data protection law applies to you, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability over personal data we hold. In practice the only personal data we are likely to hold about a visitor is an email you have sent us. Write to the address below and we will act on the request.

7. Builder Listings

Builder profiles are compiled by us from publicly available business information: business name, city and state, service focus, and the contact details a shop publishes itself. Every profile links the public sources it was checked against. If you run a listed shop and want a correction or removal, email the address below and we will action it.

8. Changes To This Policy

If the site gains a contact form, a newsletter, analytics, or any other feature that processes personal data, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live.
